2.1. Booking Process

All bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation. A booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us and we have received the required deposit or full payment.

2.2. Deposits

Most bookings require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. The deposit amount will be specified during the booking process and may vary depending on the travel service.

2.3. Final Payment

Full payment is generally required 60 days prior to departure, unless otherwise specified. For bookings made within 60 days of departure, full payment is due at the time of booking.

2.4. Payment Methods

We accept payments by credit card, bank transfer, and other methods as specified during the booking process. For credit card payments, a surcharge may apply.

2.5. Prices and Price Changes

All prices are quoted in the specified currency and are subject to change until full payment is received. Prices may change due to currency fluctuations, increases in taxes, or supplier price increases.

3. Cancellations and Changes

3.1. Cancellation by You

If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing. Cancellation fees will apply as follows:

If you wish to make changes to your booking, we will do our best to accommodate your request. An administration fee of £100 per person, per change will apply, in addition to any fees imposed by suppliers. Changes requested within 30 days of departure may be treated as a cancellation.

3.3. Cancellation or Changes by Us

We reserve the right to cancel or change any booking due to circumstances beyond our control. If we cancel your booking, you may choose between a full refund or an alternative travel service of comparable standard, if available. If we make a significant change to your booking, you may accept the change or cancel and receive a full refund.

3.4. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms due to Force Majeure events. In such cases, we may offer credits for future travel or alternative arrangements, but refunds are subject to refunds received from suppliers.

4. Travel Documents and Requirements

4.1. Passports and Visas

You are responsible for ensuring that you have valid passports, visas, and all required travel documents for your journey. Your passport should be valid for at least six months beyond your return date. We are not responsible for any issues arising from inadequate travel documents.

4.2. Health Requirements

You are responsible for complying with health requirements, including vaccinations, for the countries you are visiting. We recommend consulting with a travel medicine specialist well in advance of your trip.

4.3. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. The insurance should cover cancellation, medical expenses, repatriation, and personal liability. We are not responsible for any expenses incurred due to lack of adequate insurance.

All travel services are provided by third-party suppliers who have their own terms and conditions. You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of these suppliers, which may limit or exclude their liability to you.
